Srinagar, Oct 17: The Health and Medical Education (H&ME) Department has deployed four doctors at the residences of the Chief Minister and MLA hostels in Jammu and Srinagar to ensure adequate medical support for the Chief Minister and Members of the Legislative Assembly.
An official order from the H&ME Department stated, “In order to ensure adequate medical support for the Chief Minister and the Members of the Legislative Assembly, it is hereby ordered that the following doctors are deployed at the residence of the Chief Minister, J&K, as well as at the MLA hostels in Jammu and Srinagar with immediate effect.”
The doctors assigned are as follows: Dr. Maninder Singh, a Medical Officer at PHC Kanachak, has been posted to the Chief Minister’s Residence in Jammu. Dr. Hilal Ahmad Rather, a Medical Officer at SDH Kralpora, will serve at the Chief Minister’s Residence in Srinagar. Additionally, Dr. Aaqib Manzoor, a Medical Officer on deputation to the ESI Dispensary in Digiyana, Jammu, has been assigned to the MLA Hostel in Jammu, while Dr. Asif Ali Baldev, a Medical Officer at District Hospital Ramban, will be posted to the MLA Hostel in Srinagar.
The order specified that all the mentioned doctors are to be relieved from their current postings immediately.
